[REL]Planetside 2 Nanite Systems NS-11C Carbine

Here it is. After fixing my game more than once, I fixed the problem and was able to import it. It somehow looks "bad". Like what people where able to import a few years ago. But hey, the Insurgency weapon models weren't the best neither. But don't think I worked bad on it. Every gun is seperated into Magazine, body and sights, depending on the side. The muzzle flash is bugged, again. I really got to look into that as it's anoying.
